The UF48B-LPD4 Steelheart Series Undercounter two section low profile freezer with stainless drawers is a space saving workhorse. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions. With a net capacity of 12 cubic feet this efficient undercounter low profile freezer and front air flow design is perfect for hot/tight kitchens. The UF48B-LPD4 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from accidental damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean.
The UF48B-LPD4 also includes Drawers capacity: Bottom drawers will accommodate (1) 1/2 size pan and (1) 1/3 size pan. Top drawers will accommodate (1) 1/2, (1) 1/3, (1) 1/4 , and (1) 1/6 size pans. Alternate pan orientation (top drawers only) provides (1) full size pan positioned front-to-back and (3) 1/9 size pans (pans by others), (4) 2.25″ stem casters (2 with brakes) are standard, plus the drawer slides are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. Electrical consumption of 3.6 kWh/day at 4 Amps, 10 ft long cord with a 5 – 15P NEMA plug. Optional kits: 4″ or 6″ casters, Overshelves (single or double), Stainless steel back, Drawer divider bars (vertical or horizontal), Drawer liner (upper or lower).
