Steelheart® Sandwich Prep Tables

Hoshizaki’s sandwich prep tables are designed for efficiency, durability, and flexibility in any kitchen. Ideal for preparing sandwiches, tacos, salads, and more, they feature stainless steel construction, environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, and ducted airflow to maintain consistent, NSF-7 approved temperatures. With front-breathing ventilation, 2″ insulation, adjustable pan rails, and a full-length cutting board, these prep tables are built to optimize workflow and keep ingredients fresh. Available in multiple sizes and configurations—including door, drawer, and combo models—they adapt to meet the needs of any operation.
