The PR67B-Z Steelheart® Series pizza prep table combines refrigerated storage and prep efficiency in a durable, space-conscious design. Built to perform in 100°F ambient conditions, it keeps ingredients organized and ready for high-volume service.

A dual controller system consolidates rail and cabinet temperature management within a single condensing unit, while day/night mode supports consistent performance and allows ingredients to remain stored in the rail overnight. Refrigerated catch trays, an elevated hood for sauce bottle storage, and integrated lid storage enhance workflow and organization at the prep station. With front-breathing airflow and stainless steel construction, the PR67B-Z is designed for flexibility, durability, and reliable day-to-day operation.
