The CRMR72-30MD6 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from accidental damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The CRMR72-30MD6 Includes 6 stainless steel drawers with 175 lbs dynamic load rating and 30 polycarbonate plastic 1/6th size pans, 4″ deep pans, each of its Each drawer accommodates: (1) 1/2 size and (1) 1/3 size, 6″ deep pans (pans by others). 72″ x 10″ x 1/2″ thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. The unit is ETL Safety (US & C) Listed, ETL Sanitation and includes a Five Years compressor warranty / Three Years parts and labor warranty.
