Hoshizaki’s reach-in heated cabinets, available in one- and two-section models with full or half doors, ensure consistent airflow and precise temperatures from 140°F to 180°F. With adjustable shelves and extra sheet pan storage, they maximize efficiency, making them ideal for high-volume kitchens, schools, and banquet operations.

1. Top-Mounted Airflow
Top-mounted heating element with fan to circulate heat throughout the interior of the cabin for optimal airflow.
2. Adjustable Temperature
Temperature set point of 140°F to 180°F, keeping food at the optimal temperature for your operation.
3. Maximized Space
Additional storage fits 12 sheet pans with a total height of 79.5″, fitting through standard doorways.
4. Warning Alarm
A visual and audible alarm will sound if the door is left open beyond 120 seconds.
