Designed for commercial kitchens, it maintains food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions for reliable performance during demanding service. With 11.78 cubic feet of net capacity and a front airflow design, this side mount unit fits easily into a variety of kitchen layouts. Durable stainless steel construction helps protect against corrosion while remaining easy to clean, and a left-hinged door configuration offers added installation flexibility.
