Overview and Features

The PR60B is a Steelheart Series Pizza prep table, two section refrigerator with stainless doors. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 16.63 cubic feet, this front breathing prep table refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features a dual controller system for ideal temperatures in both the rail and cabinet.

The PR60B is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR60B includes (8) polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size pans, 4″ deep (can accept 6″ deep pans). Equipped with a field reversible, spring assisted self closing door with stay open feature (no kit req’d). A 60″ x 19″ x 0.5″ thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube.
