Hoshizaki America, Inc. announces the Commercial Series CRES98 – Refrigerated Equipment Stand. The 98” wide two section chef stand’s exterior and worktop are constructed of high quality stainless steel. The easy to clean worktop boasts 1500 lbs. equipment capacity with a built-in high-temp heat shield. The CRES98 features a solid state digital controller and four (4) 250 lbs. dynamic load rated drawers. Each drawer accommodates three (3) 12″ x 20″ x 6″ deep pans (sold separately). The pan rails include finger cutouts to allow quick and easy pan extraction – essential in all high productivity kitchens.
