HOSHIZAKI Announces CRES72, 72″ Commercial Series – Refrigerated Equipment Stand

Hoshizaki America, Inc. is pleased to launch a new model line: Commercial Series – Refrigerated Equipment Stand, Model CRES72. The 72” wide two section chef stand’s exterior and worktop are constructed of high quality stainless steel. The easy to clean worktop boasts 1200 lbs. equipment capacity with a built-in high-temp heat shield. The CRES72 features a solid state digital controller and four (4) 250 lbs. dynamic load rated drawers. Each drawer accommodates two (2) 12″ x 20″ x 6″ deep pans (sold separately). The pan rails include finger cutouts to allow quick and easy pan extraction – essential in all high productivity kitchens.
