HOSHIZAKI Announces Commercial Series Pizza Prep Table with Drawers, CPT93-D6, 93” Pizza Prep Refrigerator with Drawers
Hoshizaki America, Inc. is pleased to launch a new addition to the Commercial Series Line – Pizza Prep Tables, Model CPT93-D6. The 93” wide three section Pizza Prep Table exterior is constructed with high quality stainless steel. Anodized aluminum interior sides and back with stainless steel floor. The CPT93 Pizza Prep table rail includes a full complement of twelve 1/3” size, 4″ deep pans. The unit features a solid state digital controller and six 250 lb. dynamic load rated drawers. Each drawer accommodates two 12″ x 20″ x 6″ deep pans (pans by others). The rail utilizes a unique ducted air distribution system to distribute air evenly and maintain product temperature.
