Temperature set point of 140°F to 180°F, keeping food at the optimal temperature for your operation.

Additional storage fits 12 sheet pans with a total height of 79.5″, fitting through standard doorways.
4. Warning Alarm
A visual and audible alarm will sound if the door is left open beyond 120 seconds.
