Built for commercial kitchens, it maintains food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions for dependable performance. The mega top rail holds up to 15 pans, providing extra space to organize toppings and ingredients. The SR36B-15MD2 features durable stainless steel construction for long-lasting use and easy cleaning.
