A solid-state digital control system with temperature alarms and an easy-to-read LED display (°F or °C) helps maintain consistent temperatures. Durable stainless steel construction withstands daily use and simplifies cleaning, while the front-breathing airflow design allows flexible placement in tight kitchen spaces.
