The CRMR72-30MD4 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The CRMR72-30MD4 Includes 4 stainless steel drawers,2 epoxy coated shelves, and 30 polycarbonate plastic 1/6th size pans, 4″ deep. Each drawer accommodates: (1) 1/2 size and (1) 1/3 size, 6″ deep pans (pans by others). 72″, 10″ deep, 1/2″thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. The unit is ETL Safety (US & C) Listed, ETL Sanitation and includes a Five Years compressor warranty / Three Years parts and labor warranty. Drawer/Door units are made to order. Allow 4-6 weeks.
