The CPT93-D4 Commercial Series Three Section Pizza Refrigerator is a Drawer/Door Combo cabinet. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a Net capacity of 30 cubic feet this front breathing Pizza Refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features an Adjustable ducted air distribution system to suit any kitchen.
The CPT93-D4 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The CPT93-D4 Includes 4 stainless steel drawers,2 epoxy coated shelf, and 12 polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size, 4″ deep pans. Each drawer accommodates: (2) 12″ x 20″ x 6″ deep pan (pans by others). A 93″, 10″ deep, 1/2″thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. The unit is ETL Safety (US & C) Listed, ETL Sanitation and includes a Five Years compressor warranty / Three Years parts and labor warranty. Drawer/Door units are made to order. Allow 4-6 weeks.
