Steelheart® Chef Bases

Hoshizaki’s refrigerated chef bases combine cold storage and cooking convenience in one heavy-duty unit. Featuring a built-in ceramic heat shield to keep ingredients cool beneath hot equipment, these stainless steel bases offer spacious drawers for 6” deep pans and come in widths from 36″ to 110″. Ideal for high-volume kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and catering operations.

Hoshizaki Steelheart® chef bases CR49A and CR72A with refrigerated drawers, heavy-duty casters, and durable stainless steel tops.
