Hoshizaki America Introduces “All 7’s” Warranty on Steelheart® Refrigeration Line
Hoshizaki America is proud to announce a significant update to its refrigeration warranty program: an All 7’s warranty covering seven years for parts, labor, and the compressor on all Steelheart® refrigeration models. The enhanced warranty, which officially debuted at the 2025 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show in Chicago, reinforces Hoshizaki’s commitment to long-term performance and customer confidence.
The Steelheart® Series
Hoshizaki’s Steelheart® Series includes Reach-Ins, Undercounter & Worktops, Prep Tables, Chef Bases, and Heated Cabinets, each designed to meet the specific needs of commercial foodservice operations. Steelheart products offer reliable durability, consistent performance, and high-quality craftsmanship that professionals can depend on every day.
Extended Warranty Coverage
Beginning with models manufactured on or after January 1, 2025, all Steelheart® refrigeration units include a 7-year warranty covering parts, labor, and compressors—providing extended coverage and peace of mind for end users.
Steelheart® products with serial numbers starting with Q or higher (QXXXXXX), qualify for the All 7’s Warranty.

Limited Lifetime Door Warranty
In addition to the new All 7’s warranty, all Steelheart® reach-in models with solid stainless-steel doors, including refrigerators, freezers, and heated cabinets, now come with a Limited Lifetime Door Warranty. This coverage remains in effect throughout the product line’s active lifecycle and continues for seven years after the model is discontinued, ensuring long-lasting support beyond the point of sale.
The Limited Lifetime Door Warranty is available exclusively on units with solid stainless-steel doors, including refrigerators, freezers, and heated cabinets. Glass door models are not included. Wear items such as gaskets and incandescent or fluorescent light bulbs are not covered under the All 7’s or door warranties.
