What is the NRA Show?

Every year, the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show brings together the best and brightest in the foodservice industry—and 2025 was no exception. Held in Chicago at McCormick Place, this massive event is one of the most influential trade shows in the hospitality world, known for spotlighting the latest foodservice trends, equipment innovations, and emerging technologies. The NRA Show is a global stage where the entire foodservice ecosystem comes together under one roof. The show draws a wide range of industry professionals, from restaurant owners and chefs to equipment manufacturers, food and beverage brands, tech providers, and global decision-makers. It’s more than just a trade show—it’s where the latest trends, innovations, and technologies are introduced, and where brands connect, collaborate, and showcase what’s next. For companies like Hoshizaki America, it’s a key opportunity to launch new products, strengthen partnerships, and stay at the forefront of foodservice.

Hoshizaki Alliance at NRA

At this year’s NRA Show, we once again joined forces with long-time partners Fogel, Jackson WWS, Lancer Worldwide and Macom at the Hoshizaki Alliance Booth – 6207 in the South Hall. Each brand brings its own expertise and innovation to the table, allowing us to meet a broad range of foodservice needs.

Hoshizaki America’s Presence at the NRA Show

This year, we had a strong dual presence at the NRA Show—Booth 6207 in the South Hall as part of Hoshizaki Alliance, and a dedicated space at Booth 13837 in the Lakeside Beverage Room.

One of the highlights was our live bartender demos featuring the incredibly talented Chris Leavitt—better known to his 410k+ Instagram followers as @notjustabartender. Chris showcased how Hoshizaki’s specialty ice, including our signature 2by2 cubes, spheres, and other ice types, can transform any bar program. His engaging demos not only attracted crowds but also sparked exciting conversations around craft cocktails and beverage presentation.

We were also proud to be an Official Sustainability Partner of the NRA Show for the first time. In support of the Show’s Sustainability Initiative, we provided water and ice dispensers across the show floor to help attendees stay refreshed while reducing single-use plastic. Our #HydrateWithHoshizaki refill stations were prominently placed near the main stages in each hall and at our booth—marking a meaningful step forward in sustainable hospitality.

As always, booth traffic was strong with a constant flow of industry professionals, media representatives, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers stopping by. We had valuable conversations about the future of foodservice, current operator challenges, and how our reliable, energy-efficient solutions continue to deliver performance where it matters most.

Upgraded Steelheart® Warranty: All 7’s + Limited Lifetime on Doors

In tandem with the Valiance launch, we introduced a new, industry-leading warranty for our flagship Steelheart® refrigeration line. All models manufactured after January 1, 2025, now come with:

  • 7 years of coverage for parts, labor, and compressor
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty on solid stainless steel doors

This upgrade reflects our ongoing commitment to quality and confidence in the durability of Steelheart® products—built to perform in the most demanding commercial kitchens.

We also expanded the Steelheart® lineup with new additions:

  • UR27B-LPD3: A compact 27” low-profile undercounter refrigerator with 3 drawers—perfect for space-conscious kitchens
