Hoshizaki Alliance Strengthens Leadership Team with Two Key Appointments
Hoshizaki Alliance (Hoshizaki USA Holdings, Inc.), the Americas regional organization for Hoshizaki Corporation and a leading group of foodservice manufacturing companies, is pleased to announce two appointments to its leadership team, effective January 2026.
Deanna Marr Appointed Vice President of Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety, and General Administration
Marr transitions to Hoshizaki Alliance from Hoshizaki America, bringing extensive experience in people leadership, organizational development, and operational excellence. Her background supports the Alliance’s continued focus on strengthening its workforce, reinforcing environmental health and safety practices, and advancing sustainability and administrative initiatives across its companies.
In her new role, Marr will partner closely with Hoshizaki Alliance leadership to support growth, consistency, and alignment across human resources, EHS, and general administration functions.
Troy Stenvold Appointed Senior Director, IT Operations
Stenvold joins Hoshizaki Alliance from Hoshizaki America with deep experience in manufacturing-focused IT environments and a strong track record of delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT services across multi-site operations.
In this role, Stenvold will lead Hoshizaki Alliance-wide IT operations, cybersecurity, and end-user support, with a focus on system stability, performance, and alignment with global IT strategy, governance, and compliance requirements.
