The PR93A-D2 Steelheart Series Pizza prep table, three section refrigerator with drawer/door combo. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 30 cubic feet this front breathing prep table refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features an adjustable ducted rail air distribution system to suit any kitchen.
The PR93A-D2 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR93A-D2 includes (12) polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size, 4″ deep. drawer/door units are made to order. allow 4-6 weeks. Equipped with a the drawer slides are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. A 93″ x 19″ x 0.5″ thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube.
